I would not recommend this location extremely unprofessional. Refused to see me b/c they said i did not complete check in form and wanted me to redo it. After i had confirmed that I actually did complete it. What a joke!! Plus Dr Sam is not even there out date information.

Staff have been nice and the nurses are all wonderful. Unfortunately, My visits with Dr. Walters have been lack-luster. I feel like I'm talking to a pill vending machine that takes no feedback. I feel like I have to constantly reiterate what I'm looking for and am often ignored or dismissed by him. I'm not sure if Walters retires soon and is just phoning it in until that day comes, but I will be getting a new PCP because I'm tired of feeling unseen and unheard.
