I would not recommend this location extremely unprofessional. Refused to see me b/c they said i did not complete check in form and wanted me to redo it. After i had confirmed that I actually did complete it. What a joke!! Plus Dr Sam is not even there out date information.

Staff have been nice and the nurses are all wonderful. Unfortunately, My visits with Dr. Walters have been lack-luster. I feel like I'm talking to a pill vending machine that takes no feedback. I feel like I have to constantly reiterate what I'm looking for and am often ignored or dismissed by him. I'm not sure if Walters retires soon and is just phoning it in until that day comes, but I will be getting a new PCP because I'm tired of feeling unseen and unheard. Supporting staff above board! Dr. Walters bedside manner isn't helpful hearing reason for visit. Mainly dumps pill prescriptions on you with little to any empathy to hear you out to find root cause. Runs past anything you say. Write down notes to go over any concerns, he'll try to rush you out. Making an appointment elsewhere to finda new PCP. Sad, doctors have lost their love of practicing medicine and caring for patients. His behavior is telling. Wouldn't recommend Dr Walters for myself and definitely not for any loved fam... read more
