I had my New Patient Appointment here. Dr. Margaret McGovern and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The ladies that helped me, Concetta and Ashton were so kind and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
Had my initial visit with Dr. McGovern last week and I was shocked at how the visit went. I have been to numerous PCP's in my adult life and always felt like I was rushed out of there as quickly as possible. This is the first doctor I've seen that sat with me for more than 5 minutes. She explained everything as if I were an equal and allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted. She even made a few light hearted jokes along the way. It is quite a relief to be seen as a patient and not a customer. Highly recommend this place.
Great service
As an HMO patient medicines, treatments and diabetic testing kits require approval from the Primary Care Doctor. I called my insurance company, they offer a Center Well Pharmacy, for a test kit for diabetes. (I am pre-diabetic.) That pharmacy told me they called this Millennium office 10 times with no reply. I double checked and called Humana and the pharmacy again. This office never called the pharmacy, and never called me to tell me they would not authorize a diabetic test kit.
