I’m writing to share my experience with Millenium Walk-in Clinic, which was my first time there. I was a bit worried about the reviews I’d seen, but since my primary care physician is affiliated with Millenium, I decided to give it a shot. I was really happy with the service from the moment I checked in until I left. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.
i went in for a self pay exam and tests paid my self pay price in full and they still charged my insurance even tho i made it very clear it was self pay. now thwy are trying to charge me for something that was already paod for have shown proof of invoices paid. have been trying to get in contact for thr past week and they dont want to resolve the problem just keep saying they will call back and never resolve the issue
