Estuve conforme con la atención de ese lugar pero e cambiado mi opinión ya que en la última consulta debían ordenarme laboratorio para un seguimiento del colesterol y se les olvidó y ese mismo día a las 10 am en la consulta me tomaron muestras de sangre, luego a los tres días me llaman para darme una cita x teleconferencia para discutir un tratamiento porque tenía muy alto el colesterol. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. Such horrible customer service from the staff, lack of attention from the nurse practitioners and doctors. Heads up: they will cancel your appointment that you scheduled three weeks in advance without a single phone call or message. Do better!
Excellent Group at Parker Commons. Dr. Black and Kelly Bonham are compassionate and I love them. They are good about putting me at ease and explain information in "layman's " terms. The office staff is wonderful and so is their nursing staff. I have been a patient for a very long time. Otherwise, I would have left in a heartbeat.
