I came here to have a medical test for an immigration process, I had to wait two months to finish the procedure, I had to call and follow with the staff in order to get my paperwork done, otherwise I could have waited more. When I got the documents, they took some licenses by not filling some information that is mandatory according to USCIS, so when I called that out they told me they knew it won't be a problem based on their opinion, because allegedly they haven't received any complaints about it. They call and ask you to call back. I have tried almost 10 times and can't get someone on the phone. This is ridiculous. I finally got a hold of someone after being on hold for 12 mins and with what they told me, it could of been left in a voicemail rather than making me waste my time.
Don’t understand why they have to make me wait one month for appointment and do all online check in and then tell me that they stop accepting new patients 🤔 Stuff supposed to call and let me know about rules changing, not nice sorry.
Knowledgeable doctor and helpful staff. The doctor listened and helped my husband receive services he needed.
