I have been a patient of Dr Waks for around 5 years. I usually see Alana and Amanda and they are both great! I like how they are able to see you the same day if you are experiencing an illness. To schedule a routine appointment it can be 2-4 weeks out. But I have heard of 3-4 months out with other doctors. I am normally in and out, unless there is a emergency patient they are attending to. I also like how they call you with the results of a lab or scan instead of making me come into their office.

I waited almost 4 months for this appointment to see a primary healthcare provider, I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because the gps couldn’t get me to the right place because of a construction that was going on. There were 2 Caucasian receptionist that didn’t even acknowledge me, one of them rerouted me to another person of African American descent, but I couldn’t help to notice a vibrant good morning that was given to someone who ho looked like them, she was given a different treatment from what I got and I can’t h... read more
