I went to the doctors office to renew my prescription. The office staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Doctor Harris was very nice and attractive as well....a wonderful experience and a pleasant atmosphere!
I came into this office for the 1st time, my DR is Dr Sosa. I checked in with the receptionist and gave my DOB and Name, she said she checked me in. 50 mins later many people came in after me and were called to see the doctors, I did have an appointment at 240p and at 320p i went up to the receptionist and asked what was the delay? Told her i had a 240p appointment and many people came in after me and were called in to see a doctor. She walked away and came back saying that the Dr will see me soon. it was a little over 5 min... read more
Shahana one the front desk Receptionist provides amazing patient services. She knows her her stuff! When the computer systems failed she went the extra mile to try to rectify the situation. Great Staff like that is hard to find! To the her & theoffice: a big thank you!
