On 7/8/26 at 1:00pm I inquired at the front desk as to whether Humana Advantage PPO was accepted as an In-Network Plan. Was told by the young woman that I will have to ask my insurance company. "There are too many for me to remember." At the time, her computer was open and active. Other providers are able to answer this basic question. Not the response I was looking for...as a potential customer!
Hours say "8am - 5pm" but don't try to contact a clinician if they "don't have any more appointments on a Friday" despite debilitating migraine and flare-ups. Shame on you!
