Took over an hour to be seen for a simple blood draw. They claimed a computer glitch. I think they didn't check my in properly

One of the worst experiences ever, where it is a place of help. Iris Santiago, is a poor excuse of a human. She has no empathy for the sick people or hurt persons walking in through that door. Imagine being wheeled in to a building, to witness a poor elder gentleman getting yelled at by her and the other one behind the desk. Poor old man didn't deserve that. Then it was my turn. Worst walk in clinic ever! I’ve waited over three hours to be seen The front desk staff lies to patients as they check in saying it’s a fifteen or twenty minute wait knowing it is not. Do not waste your time here; I’ll never go back!!

Snowbird walk-in. Advised wait time was accurate, The Staff and Dr. were efficient, friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable for an uninsured appointment. We were a return client having attended once before with the same experience.

I’d save your time and go some place else. The front office is rude/acts like they all hate their jobs and my DOB was entered incorrectly for my prescription. I “waited” too long to ask them to resend and the person, Kaitlyn/Kailyn was rude and unprofessional. A little kindness goes a long way and I called her out on being rude, she said “that’s just the way she talks.” I have bad days too, but I don’t take it out on other people.
