Scammy office. I was overcharged for my visit, and after confirming with my insurance, I found out they didn’t even report the payment I made. Despite the office being nearly empty, I waited over 30 minutes for a rushed 2-minute consultation. The exam rooms didn’t look very clean either. I honestly have no clue how they got all the good reviews, I only went there because I saw them, but my experience was completely different. Dishonest place, I would not recommend it to anyone.
All the staff is SUPER nice! Doctor Sirchia really knows his stuff. I was in and out within an hour! I had some issue with my insurance card and the front desk lady called and fixed it for me. Great doctors office
The staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in, which made my first visit a great experience. Having recently moved to the area, I was looking for a doctor to establish care with, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Sirchia. He is down-to-earth, straightforward, and truly listens. I cannot say enough good things about the patient care and attention they have. You truly feel like their only patient. They value your time and are on time getting you in and out in a decent amount of time unlike other offices. Dr. Sirchia listens and actually hears what you are saying. It is very refreshing. The staff is kind, patient and professional.
Dr. Frank Sirchia is absolutely wonderful! Takes the time to listen and makes the nessesary recommendations and referrals, then follows up. He has a soft, kind demeanor with a "family" environment surrounding his practice. His medical assistant Yolanda is super efficient at all requests and communications. They make you feel like family.
