I saw Dr. Alina Popa as a new patient looking to establish primary care services as I have been having some health issues that have been ongoing for some time now. Dr. Popa was absolutely horrible, no bedside manner, continually interrupting and belittling. I left feeling more discouraged and absolutely hopeless. As a medical professional myself, Dr. Popa’s patient care absolutely disgusts me. Avoid this practice at all costs!

Dr Jacobs listens well and provide the best care possible to meet the needs of her patients. I was her patient @ Millennium Physician Group in Bradenton and when she moved although I dislike the Palmetto traffic. I decided to follow and continue seeing her. We have established a Doctors/Patient relationship and I trust her to continue providing the best of care.
I am a retired MD family practice physician. I recently moved here and established with the Millennium Physician Group. Before my first visit I was given a list of laboratory tests to have done before my first visit, which I did. Shortly after, I started receiving bills for all of these tests, stating that my insurance would not cover any of those tests. Worst service I have ever received at a medical lab. The girls at the front desk were so rude and the other girl Savannah was extremely rude to me, both at my first visit and the visit ten minutes later. I actually had to drive to my doctor’s office and get a typed order because those girls would not even make an attempt to find my “standing order”. Will NEVER go there again.
Dr. Laufer has been my doctor for almost 20 years. He is thorough and caring and I greatly appreciate that. He pays close attention to complaints and concerns and does all he can to help you! Five stars in my book!
If you like feeling like just a number, if you enjoy not having your questions answered, being talked down to, not having your calls returned by doctors - then Millennium Physician Group on E. Venice Ave. FL is for you. They have gotten too big and cannot handle the load. I have given them way too many chances - I’m DONE.
