I am so fed up with this walk in clinic. I went a few months ago, paid IN FULL. Now suddenly my information has been sent to a credit collector and I am wondering if this is now going against my credit despite the fact I paid in full. I have left multiple voicemails the past few months leaving all my information and haven’t ever received a call back. Now I can’t even get ahold of the collection agency to pay the lousy $12 I owe. It takes weeks to get an appointment with your doctor (been a patient for over 10 years!) So you have to see the P.A.. They order tests/lab work and you never hear results even though you are told someone will call you. This "group" has grown into a cattle-mill. I'll be looking for a new physician for future treatment.
I have a patient for about 8 years. I have no problems with Dr Criss or her nurse practitioners. It is the rude staff. When I call with a question and I am told someone will call me back with my test results it's been 3 days. I am guessing everything is ok. I don't think the receptionist should be giving me my test results. I think that is unprofessional. They can't answer any questions or concerns.
They book up to much and we should be able to charge them like when we cancel are being late not all people are retired

This was my first experience at this clinic, staff was efficient and friendly. Dr Ebrahim is a great and thorough Dr with a great personality. I only waited about 20 minutes and I’m sure it would have been shorter if I didn’t have to fill out first time paperwork. Reasonable office visit price for no insurance folks. Will definitely be visiting again.
Never less than one hour and thirty minutes past appointment time to get called back and then another 15-20 minutes waiting in the room. I am SO DONE with this and wish I could find a doctor who is not part of a huge group such as MPG.
