RecommendedCurrently living here, loving it, thinking of extending my lease. Great staff, awesome facilities in the building, 24/7 amenities are minutes away. My apartment was fully furnished down to the smallest detail (Platinum member at Hilton and I get less perks than here), a true gem in Chicago. Couldn't ask for more. Parking can be a bit expensive, but who needs a car if you live in the very heart of Chicago?

Worst payment system ever - we're not in the 20th century, please update it. Staff in the parcel room aren't always friendly or responsible: sometimes they just aren't there. The front desk also isn't always friendly, for example, while carrying groceries they won't open the door for you, they won't recognize you and treat you like random people from the street and being very unfriendly even though you live here and that's annoying.

Everything in the apartments are cheap and poor quality! Yet the charge an arm and a leg for the rent. $1825 for a tiny one bedroom with one small closet.
