I see Dr. Patel and he is wonderful! He has gotten me on a medication regimen to help my pain and along with that I do get injections and ablations. With everything I am able to walk again! My mom sees Dr.Shah and she was almost in a wheelchair and is now walking better! She was also taking 4-5 norco a day and they weren’t helping when we started seeing him. This place is horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 star. They don’t call you if they cancel your appointments and then continuously argue with you claiming they did and lie about it. The head nurse can’t even remember the lies she tells and constantly changes her story. They then change their policies and don’t tell you until 2 days before your appointment on what they require for your appointment. They always run 1-2 hours behind their appointment times and don’t even tell you and make you sit and wait. They are horrible her... read more
Let me start out by saying Dr Patel is as bad as the the admin staff and nursing staff are as bad as every other department I’ve experienced at this hospital. I got a referral here for sciatic pain from my pcp who happens to rent space on the medical building. Dr Patel at the pain clinic recommended immediate epidural to injection to ease the pain. However the nurses and the admin staff forgot to mention that their “lady” who runs their insurance requests would be out until a month from the time I got my examination. Serious... read more
This place was great up until Dr Rehman left now all the drs want to do is give injection and make money they do not care about you or your suffering if anyone out there knows where Dr rehman went please let me know
