My nail polish got ruined as soon as I stepped out of the store and started using my hands… I guess my appointment ran over so the ladies who did my manicure and pedicure went home and left me alone in the store under the dryer and went home without making sure everything was good and dry… I understand wanting to leave but if I was informed, I would’ve been okay with coming the next day to do my manicure if we were in such a rush.
I requested the $39 pedicure. After I was told I owed $65 because it was gel polish. This was not disclosed to me prior and I’ve never heard of a $26 surcharge for gel.
