Been living here for a few months and it’s been an awesome experience. Office and maintenance staff are top notch! Shoutout to manager Mike and maintenance guy Greg for replacing my ice maker. Highly recommend!
We have been living here for close to 2 years and we have enjoyed our time greatly since the minute we moved in. The property and apartments are very nice and well maintained. Any issues we have had the maintenance staff comes and fixes things right away. A special thanks to Gregory from maintenance who recently came to fix our ice maker. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I spent three years at this complex as one of the first people to move in upon its completion in June 2022. Though there were some bumps in the road, I really think this complex benefitted from having a consistent management company the entire time. Michael in the office really cares for residents and did everything he could to make my time there satisfactory. With the Publix hopefully re-opening soon and the Winn-Dixie right up the street being converted into an Aldi, this continues to be a prime location. I never felt unsa... read more
The apartment layout and structure is really nice. I feel like there are amenities that you get here that are not found generally in other apartments ( like the yoga room) especially ones near kirkman . The staff is also super nice, communicative, and helpful.
