Honestly, this apartment complex is not worth the price they charge. Besides the rent already being extremely expensive, almost everything here comes with extra fees. Even the coffee available in the lobby and leisure areas has to be paid for, which makes residents feel undervalued considering how much we already pay to live here. We also have to pay for open garage parking, pay to park inside the community, and even pay for the package locker system. The good: 1. Staff are generally pleasant, especially maintenance. 2. Close to Publix. 3. Inside the apartment is new. The bad: 1. Pool and general room are constantly filled with children. 2. Gates are broken about 50% of the time. 3. Dog poop everywhere. 4. Handicap parking is not enforced. This is extremely frustrating. Staff doesn't seem to care about enforcing handicap parking. 5. Boa tarde! Há quase 2 anos morando aqui e sempre relevo várias situações, pois sabemos que quando moramos onde tem muitas pessoas sempre haverá alguns problemas. Porém o condomínio está se ausentando de vários deles. A minha fechadura quebrou e abri vários chamados para a troca e até agora nada. Os armários da cozinha e banheiros sempre descascados e só promessa que irão trocar, já estou no 2 apartamento e os dois foram assim. I have been a resident since the beginning and this place is going down hill quickly. The property is not being up kept. There are new process that they don’t tell you until it happens. The trash situation is bad, bugs and I could go on.
The staff is extremely nice. We pay $98 for community fees which includes the trash service. Says the bins should be placed outside 6-8 to be collected. The company that comes to pick them up is always late at 10:30 and loudly yelling in the halls. At this point would rather take my trash to the bin instead of being woken up. We also pay $10 per month for parking, and the gates are always broken. The residents are extremely loud.
