They don't address the issue of pool parties; they stay up late partying, and the homeowners' association isn't willing to do anything about it.
The parking situation is the worst. The gates never work so everyone can come in and park wherever they want. We pay for a reserved parking spot and other residents and their guests will take them. What’s the point of paying then? They say there’s a company that supposedly comes every night to tow cars that don't belong - that’s not true - I have never seen any cars being towed.
