This apartment complex is run by the Millenium Group. It is shady. They tell you that you should put down a $299 deposit, and $50 for each application. We did that expecting that if we were approved, the deposit might go up a little because my sons credit score is a little low, but mine is 650. Instead, they said we approved you, but we would have needed to come up with almost $4,000 dollars. They do that so that they can keep the application fee. Almost none of the information contained in this review is accurate. Here are the facts. 1. Tamarac Apartments is not run by Millennium Group. Tamarac has its own management team. 2. On February 18, 2021, Ms. Covert completed an online application for herself and her son for residency at Tamarac. The Application specifically provides there is a non-refundable $50.00 application fee for each person. I have contacted corporate and left messages numerous times and they have not contacted me back. I lived in Tamarac Apartments for one year and left the apartment in excellent condition with photos to show the condition in which it was left in. I also for 7 mos had an issue with mold growing in my ceiling and contacted them numerous times and they never got back to fix it until my lease was almost up.
