Zero stars if I could. I read the reviews and signed anyways. Never again. Had a gas leak and they didn't answer until a day later. First day we moved in a pipe burst. Rats. No. Not mice. Rats. Garbage bin full of holes, couldn't get a new one. Foundation is sinking. Covered the lose floorboards with carpet. PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING WITH MILLENIUM Where do I even start? The good things about Millennium Management in Como are in actuality one single thing: cheap rent. I lived in a Millenium property for two years and it was awful. The house was full of black mold, it was not cleaned properly before move-in, and response to maintenance requests was slow, if it happened at all.
