We have grown exponentially and have become a leading brand providing our customers exceptional service and excellent prices. On 9/04/24 my Honda Odyssey was initially brought in for service due to a cold start issue. after numerous attempts to reach the service advisor for updates I decided to stop by for update on 11/6/24 where I was told that it needed valve work to fix the cold start issue. After paying $2100 I received my vehicle back with the drivers side tire low 15 PSI and the attendant struggled to cold start the vehicle, luckily I had a small pump and was able to get the tire to the correct pressure. I went to Millennium Honda for a recall ***air. When I called to check on the ***air, the service **** ****, didn't even know why I brought my car into the center. I told him his dealership called me to tell me the part had arrived and I made the appointment forthwith. He told me they did not have the part I needed. This was the SECOND service appointment I made for the same issue and it was the SECOND time I was told they didn't have the part. **** was so nonchalant about it too as if my time is not important. Never bring your car to the service center or get a maintenance plan on this dealership, I brought my car for a 30k service they only perform a oil change and transmission fluid change and charge 800+ and they not perform the rest of the services listed on that package, plus less that 2 weeks later my car broke down and they claim that the battery and tha alternator are not good and had to be replaced that is something that they will find out if they perform the battery test Plus they make you wait for more that 5h and if th... read more

I went to have my car serviced and they told me to bring my car and leave it. They would test it the next day to diagnose my issue. When I arrived at 2pm the next day, they did nothing. They did not touch my car and they parked it where there was done kind of leak that was on the hood of my car. They seem to have issues with anyone who has grey hair and is not Latino. If you do not fit this category, forget it! Anyone older or with brown skin will be put to end of the line no matter what.

We had signed a lease for a Honda ******* and as we were getting ready to go we were told that the credit union had just closed and that we can pick up the car the next day. When I came the next day they said that the lease was incorrect and they wanted an extra $3000 before we could take the car. Although the salesman admitted that it was his mistake, the manager began blaming me. They alluded to me being stupid and wouldnt honor what they had originally said. The service department here is beyond horrible! After having my car for quite a few weeks to put in a new transmission ( which noone told me was on backorder until I finally got the info from one person), it was finally fixed and a day after I picked it up it was making a rattling noise ( different problem from what it was originally brought in for) so I took it back and am still waiting ( 5 days later) to find out about the problem. I have called quite a few times and noone has called back with ANY info at all! I have been ... read more

I took my car in for an oil change which normally takes no more than two hours to be completed. I was there from before 9 am until 3 pm when I finally decided to speak to someone about it. I spoke to a manager by the name of ****. He simply did not care about what I had to say and acted as if my time did not matter, and it was no concern of his. They sold me a *************** Contract Reimbursement plan. Deal was, if I didn't use the plan, I could get a full refund within the certain time. I didn't use it, I tried to get a refund through the company ******* within that certain time, and they said for MONTHS they are waiting on Millennium Honda to refund me my money. I went to Millennium Honda and spoke with various managers and they are kept passing me along in hopes that I would tire out. Horrible businessmen and horrible service through *******.
