Recommendedfast, efficient, office runs like clockwork, appreciate the early morning appointments. this is re: the freehold location
Terrible customer service. They have messed up my appointment 2 times in a week. I had rearranged my schedule twice to get to these appointments to be told that there was no appointment. I think that they are uncaring and incompetent and I will never go back again.
Make it easier to make appointments. I called and was put on hold with a message saying the next available representative would take my call. I waited a few minutes and hung up. It's bad enough I get this from the cable company, but a doctor's office? So I tried to make an appointment through their web site. They make a big deal about how easy it is. Filled out all of the information requested. No response. No email, no phone call, no nothing. There are other ophthalmologists in the area.
LeighAnn is amazing and so patient.. It's worth it to go to the Jackson store. She will get you taken care of. She doesnt want it to be ok, she wants it to be perfect..
We saw Dr. Grand and Nicole during our visit - they were compassionate and honest about Dad’s cataracts ...I would highly recommend them 🤗
Update: I received a phone call from the supervisor in billing. She was eager to correct the issue and explain why what happened, happened. She offered her own personal intervention so that this wouldn’t happen to us again. She also explained that my husband made an appointment with his specialist (who only does medical related exams) and that was the reason their office staff insisted on the co-pay. Millennium Eye Care is a caring and attentive practice. The Freehold location waited for us until after close (5 p.m.) on a Friday to see my son who had an emergency eye injury. Amazing service from health professionals that care! Thank you Millennium Eye Care of Freehold!
