When my wife tried to make appointments for us as new patients due to a change in our insurance, the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Plenty of other eye doctors in town. That's a shame because this would have been convenient for my glasses-wearing family of four.
The entire staff is outgoing and very kid friendly. Daughter had a clogged tear duct. Surgery went smoothly and doctor was phenomenal.
