Very rude office staff - Get annoyed with questions and hang up on you. Yuck. Zero stars.
I've been dealing with Mental Health Professional for many years. I'm not surprised that these people are rated at 2.4 on Google. This rating is on 03-29-2021. Good luck dealing with these people in you endeavors. Professionalism and any semblance of conduct is right out the window here.
If you want to be charged a specialist fee to even get a refill on your medicine this is the place for you, if you want to wait 7 days for the medicine to get refilled this is the place for you. If you want the staff to speak to you in the same cadence and tone as a battered housewife this is the place for you. Only one doctor and I've never seen him
The receptionist was very rude to my girlfriend over the phone.
I've had a bad experience with this place. First they only want MONEY. They don't care about helping someone. The receptionist doesn't know what she is doing. I got an appointment set up and when i got there they canceled it. I drove OVER 3 hours to get to this appointment. I even got my mind somewhat prepared for this. And now I'm back to square one. Thanks.
