Great value I picked this apartment building because the unit is spacious, has a fantastic kitchen, includes a washer/dryer, allows pets, and had parking available. All that for about the same price that I would have paid for a smaller place in DC. The studio is laid out well - such that there is a sleeping area with some privacy (no door, so it's not actually a bedroom). The only negative is that the Costco next door can be a little noisy - not keep-me-awake noisy, but noticeable.
"Met" my needs and more I moved into the Acadia a week ago, and love it here already! The amenities are still coming on line, but promise to be well above the standard for the pentagon city area. This area is super walkable, with the metro less than a block away and Costco across the street. I also feel comfortable walking here late at night (something I can't say for other areas of the DMV). Best place to be outside of DC! In love with my Pentagon City apartment. DC, luxury quality - in a convenient location between DC and Arlington. Wonderful team, my favorite concierge, beautiful floors/finishes and the biggest apartment gym I've ever seen. Definitely staying for A WHILE!
Love this place! This apartment complex is worth every penny. You are walking distance from 2 metros, multiple bus lines and a short drive from multiple neighborhoods like Clarendon, Rosslyn, Crystal City and DC proper. Nice place that's only getting better I recently moved into the Acadia at Metropolitan Park. Top notch service and great amenities so far. The pool isn't finished, and there is some construction that's ongoing everyday. However, the price was extremely reasonable and you can really tell this place is going to look gorgeous when it's finished. Highly recommended.
