I don't know if they paid people for the 5 star ratings but they literally put their pockets before their contract to maintain properly functioning units. They don't care about anything else except their bottom line, I hope they never have to endure the garbage we have had to ensure by renting from them. Despicable, human beings without a conscience. I actually hate coming home.
