Madison Delk is unprofessional and lacks empathy.
So thankful I found this clinic, everyone is friendly. Thank you to the phlebotomist for being so gentle during my blood draw. Front desk, medical staff and Madison are phenomenal!
had a really great experience here. from the moment i walked in, everyone was kind and welcoming. the receptionists, nurses, and especially whitney were so attentive and patient. they took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me, and made sure everything was addressed. i left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in the care i received. really happy with my choice of care and will definitely recommend them.
The staff at Millennial Medical Clinic have always been really nice to us, so this isn’t to bash them... but the scheduling has gotten ridiculous. My mom’s had her appointments canceled three times just this week and always less than 24 hours notice. She books these months ahead, and it’s honestly so hard for her to keep taking off work just to have it moved or canceled last minute.
