I went in to get biogel removed, while this place is pricey - Lana was a friendly nail tech and she took her time to remove them well/ gently.

Very bad experience! I went here to get my acrylic nails removed and get Shellac done. They charged me $62.15, which is way too high for the service I received. The technician didn’t even follow the proper procedure for acrylic removal — she literally plucked the nails off with a sharp tool, and it was extremely painful. On top of that, the Shellac polish looks cracky and uneven. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I got a full set of nails from here and it was honestly the worst nails I’ve ever had done in my life. I honestly do not know how they are open for business. I had to file and fix my nails when I got home. My nails started falling off within 4 days of getting them done. They also charge you more at the time of payment. I know it’s just nails but this place left me traumatized and I will never go to a new nail salon without checking the ratings online.
