I am not sure about the other branches, but Ooltewah is absolutely terrible every single time I go in there. If it wasn't a business account I would close it immediately. I have been in there at leat 100 times, 98 of those were terrible. No one cares and they never ever have help. Office people just staring at the computer while 1 or 2 is slowly taking care of people. It is literally the worst bank ever. Every single visit is at least 30 minutes . AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
