Beware! This is, without question, one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. My excellent local bank was acquired by this fee-driven institution, and despite repeated assurances that “nothing would change,” virtually everything changed—and not for the better. Fees seem to appear at every turn. At times, it feels like they’d charge customers for breathing the air inside the branch if they could. I am not sure about the other branches, but Ooltewah is absolutely terrible every single time I go in there. If it wasn't a business account I would close it immediately. I have been in there at leat 100 times, 98 of those were terrible. No one cares and they never ever have help. Office people just staring at the computer while 1 or 2 is slowly taking care of people. It is literally the worst bank ever. Every single visit is at least 30 minutes . AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
Terrific folks, easy to work with, always helpful and very friendly to boot.
