Hmm 2nd time coming here. Not sure what happened to customer service. I paid for the deluxe which includes hot towel, but it was cold!!! My daughters nail tech rushed through her services and didn't listen to what she/we wanted. The tech bumped my daughters nails while polishing and didnt even fix the error. In fact she blamed it on her and said oh well. In addition the techs spoke more to each other in their native language vs trying to listen/communicate with us. Poor service = poor tip. Last trip. I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years. So welcoming and not like any other nail salon in town. Free beverages aside...I love that I can carry on a conversation with my nail tech and that no matter what...they make sure that I leave a satisfied client. My favorite tech is Cody and he really does some amazing work. I wish that other salons in the area would follow suit and up their game...but I would still come here time and time again =)
Went in for a simple fill and the nail attendant, Kenny was horrible! Plus they don't have any glitter powder and the glitter polish that they do have the sample stick have like ten coats to make it look like the powder. False advertisement! Cause why would anyone put so many coats on thier nail. You guys need to invest in some talented workers and updating your product line. Total letdown considering your location. I was expecting so much more! I certainly will not be back.
This place was amazing and the girls that we had were even better! We will definitely be back!
