As a resident, I was disappointed with my experience interacting with Jessica, the property manager. When I reached out with questions and concerns, I felt that my interactions were dismissive and, at times, came across as sarcastic rather than helpful. I was also surprised that she was not wearing a name tag, so I had to ask for her name and position before I knew who I was speaking with. As a resident who has lived at Millenia 700 for several years, I’m disappointed by the lack of concern from the management team. We’ve had an entire hallway without working lights for days, if not weeks, creating a serious safety hazard for residents who leave early in the morning for work and those who come home late at night. Jessica made our recent transfer from one unit to another seamless and easy. Couldn’t have done it as smoothly with anyone else!
Paid to submit an application and then they raised the price on me and didn’t want to refund the $75. Have everything in writing these people are a scam
