I do not recommend living (the former M2), which now has this new name. The apartments are modern and the location is good, but the common areas are always dirty, and tenant services are poor. The parking lot is supposed to have a closed gate, but it is almost always broken and left open, which has led to car thefts and allows unauthorized people to enter. My dryer has been broken for two weeks now. They won't fix it. I have to go to the office every day, but they don't do anything.

Sol Barni gets flustered on the phone by the most minor issues and just hangs up on you. That’s a first for me. Look at any other complex- you’ll never see so many of the staff mentioned as horrible by name. The way IRT treats residents is vile. Drug infested, noisy hell-hole. All loud music, all the time. No one gaf. They took most of the parking garage away to stall the collapse. It’s being supported by shoddy metal. Needs to be condemned and management needs to be arrested.
