Watching one of your tenants take his Pitbull puppy out to go to the bathroom today at 10:50AM and let him poop on the sidewalk right on the corner of city market then walk right back to his apartment was appalling. People shouldn’t have to watch out for dog crap while walking downtown. Don’t get a dog if you’re too lazy to pick up after it. And of course the lady at the front desk didn’t care when I told her. I’m sure the dog crap is still there.
stayed there in many different units no working heat in the winter, gnats everywhere, trash in the hallways because no one took it out, wallpaper coming off of the walls, never cleaned the outside of any of the windows. biggest rip off for a place to stay
