Best auto shop in town! An absolute pleasure!! I was skeptical about taking my car to any other body shop. The staff at Millen were so friendly and professional and helped me as soon as I walked in. They took care of all the hassle with my rental and insurance company I hardly had to do any work. They worked around my schedule and I dropped my car off when it was best for me. Millen Autobody = Awesome They were able to handle my insurance claim! They went over all the damage with my insurance adjuster and repaired my car back as good as new . They made what I though was going to be a long process very easy. I'm back to loving my Lexus. Now that that I can open the door. I was amazed by the before and after pictures on the wall of the office. Thank You !!!
Quality service I was involved in a little fender bender a couple months back and I brought my car here to Millen's. They worked with my insurance to cover the cost and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When my car was finished, it looked brand new! Couldn't even tell that I was just in a car accident.
Awesome Auto Body Shop I took my van in to be fixed for some paint/dent repair not covered by insurance and feel I got the best treatment with a great repair job done to very high standards and the estimate to the number of days they would have it back to me(4 days of service needed) was also accurate. I have had first hand experience with the owner Neil Millen and have very much enjoyed doing business with him on both occasions I needed repairs for my cars. This is a great shop with great employees!!
My Insurance Company said stay away I took my car to Millen Autobody. My Insurance Company told me to go somewhere else. I took mit there anyway. Wow was I sorry. It took twice as long as the estimate said. They kept telling me it was a parts problem. Actually it was a management problem. I wish I would have listened to my Insurance Company. Also, I have had to take my car back TWICE to make it right!
