great business Recently had an undercarriage protective panel detach at one corner that was most likely related to the accident but who's to say. Attempted to fix myself, using the useless parts dept at Kirkland Toyota, but was given the wrong part. Took the panel off, wife drove over to Millen and they fixed it right away. Easy. Will use Millen again in the future if needed...
Great service Millen saved my favorite custom truck I have had for 22 years after I got rear ended. They handled the insurance claims and helped me fight to fix it right.
nice job. Excellent service from the moment my car was towed to Millen Auto body. I was reassured my suburban would be repaired easily and fast. To my great relief, I had my car returned in perfect condition in only 6 days including a weekend! The repair work was flawless and the car was returned cleaned inside and out. You guys are awesome! THANK YOU!!! I am very happy with the way things went here, I felt so comfortable trusting the staff because when you speak to them, you can tell that they know what they are taking about, and the nervous feeling of having to deal with repair shops just doesn't come into play here at all. The dent I had in my passenger door disappeared, and my car looks great.
Very well trained staff Wonderful work that shows their training, VERY good staff working always. I wouldn't take any of my cars anywhere else!
