Very professional, very clean and very responsive. Highly recommend! Chip and Josh are great to work with!
We had an issue with people trying to break into the storage units. We have called the cops they haven't done much. There is no security cameras and won't put any up but tells us that we can. For the price that we pay you would think that they would put them up.
the owner of this storage unit place is very nice and understanding. he always messages before the payment is due to make sure you're ready to pay it. i had an issue one month when my paycheck was late and he was very empathetic about the situation and helped us come to a resolution. he's way more friendly than other storage unit renters in the area.
