Dr. Sheila is the most amazing, caring doctor l have ever met! Very professional, kind, and her staff were helpful and so sweet! Thank you Mill Creek for being amazing and truly caring about her patients! We will be staying with her as long as possible! Highly recommend!
Recently I was given this clinic a lead to be my new primary pcp by my insurance company. I called Mill Creek and gave them all my insurance information. They asked me to take a picture of my insurance card which I did and sent it to them. They said they would have to call my insurance company to see if they accepted my insurance. Absolutely horrible people! They are one of the only option for my mother and they dropped her because she might be too complicated of a patient for their one doctor. She never actually saw them they dropped her and refused to see her before her first appointment.
