Called to make an appointment and discovered that their reception / front desk was only interested in getting rid of me. Super unhelpful and obnoxious.
My doctor called me fat after my parent left the room. Do not let your kids see Dr. Knowles, especially teen girls, if body image is an issue for them/ the family. I recently went to her for my yearly physical, she has been my primary doctor for years and I have had no issues until this year. Once my parent had left the room she kept asking me why I gained weight with the points on the chart being her only data, no labs or anything to indicate an actual medical issue caused by or influencing weight. Dr. Mangru is an amazing pediatrician with excellent bedside manner. I was her patient as a child and now I proudly send my son to her!
My son has been going to Dr. Eng since his very first checkup (he’s now almost 3) and we’d never think of going anywhere else.
Love Dr. Mangru and the whole practice here. They really listen and clearly have the best health interests of our toddler at heart. So happy we found them.
