Great place with a great staff
I had to send my beautiful new Tucker saddle back for some warranty work. The company was fantastic to deal with, and they sent me a return label to send it back for free. Of course I had to find a box to put it in, so I called my favorite tack store - Millbrook Tack - and Wilda had a box for me. I went in the next day to pick it up. Larry & Glory were there, and they had me bring the saddle in from my car and helped me box it up. Not only that, they took my return label and shipped it back for me!
