RecommendedA lot of folks would say customer service is dead, but that's definitely not the case at Millbrook. I was bowled over by how friendly and helpful the staff members I interacted with were, they were just a pleasure to do business with. I was also surprised and impressed by the variety of inventory in the store. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other place where you could go get some custom leatherwork done, buy a nice sweater, grab a scented candle, and pick up a new rifle. RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about Millbrook Tack! I have ordered several saddle pads from them, some direct order and some through Amazon. Every time they have come in 1/2 the predicted time and have been exactly what I’d hoped for. The most recent purchase was an item that had been sold out of every other major retailer for months.
