A lot of folks would say customer service is dead, but that's definitely not the case at Millbrook. I was bowled over by how friendly and helpful the staff members I interacted with were, they were just a pleasure to do business with. I was also surprised and impressed by the variety of inventory in the store. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other place where you could go get some custom leatherwork done, buy a nice sweater, grab a scented candle, and pick up a new rifle. I cannot say enough good things about Millbrook Tack! I have ordered several saddle pads from them, some direct order and some through Amazon. Every time they have come in 1/2 the predicted time and have been exactly what I’d hoped for. The most recent purchase was an item that had been sold out of every other major retailer for months. Thank you so much for taking such good care of your clientele no matter the distance.
Loved shopping there in person when I lived locally. So great that they now have live sales, so that I can shop from afar! Employees are the best too! :)
