Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. IF they don't know the answer they are not afraid to ask another. They have gone out of there way to help me in finding something I barely could describe (but they figured it out). Only down fall prices kind of high.

Millbrook is a great western store. Tabitha was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even have free gift wrapping.
I've never had a bad experience here, but tonight was extra great. Matt and Tabitha went out of their way to make it an awesome experience for my son, treating him like a valued customer as he learned how to purchase his Breyer Stablemate all on his own (with moms card, ha!). I always am recommending this store to anyone and everyone and now even more so! Thanks for the great selection and fantastic employees!
