I lived in these apts. (if you can imagine) 40 years ago. The apts. were lovely, no problems whatsoever. We had a nice parking lot, wooded area, and the pool w surrounding wrought-iron tables. Everybody got along. Great for families. No apparent addictions or crimes. Seeing what this place has evolved to is shocking. These pictures, and some of what you tenants describe, are health hazards. You should report them to the Board of Health immediately. The owner corporation needs motivation. In my time here the apartment started falling apart, but the rent went up. The laundry room caught fire and burned the leasing office. They towed my car and by the time they told me where it got towed to, the fees were over the cost of the car. Also, there was a shooting in an apartment that had lots of drug activity in and out of it, and a stabbing in the same building the same week. Yea, they'll work with you for no credit, but they take advantage of you as much as they can.
Just moved here a month ago the staff is friendly the apartment looks great in the inside.However the rent is ridiculous.
