Unhappy with color I needed to have my blond highlights touched up, so I decided to try this place since it was close to my house. Milla said she also thought "lowlights" would look good, so I said OK, thinking they would be a contrasting shade of blond. They were not. They are brown. Now I have blond & brown stripes in my hair.
