great first impression goes a long way
I never let one bad experience with a business or subcontractor define whether I will use them again. I’ve had issues with Millard Lumber in the past but the experience I’ve had with them in the last 4, almost 5 months has been terrible and avoidable. I always allow for buffer days in my schedule but this has started to run into months. I got a great price on my materials. I'm really glad I'm not paying my contractor by the hour. They had all the wood out and ready for pick up, but it some how still took them an hour to load it. And then when he took a few pieces back to exchange, it took another 30-45 mins. Not very efficient considering they've been doing this for so many yrs.
My parents have dealt with Millard Lumber since 1951, but I just would like to know why the website will not show all the products and prices, Do you not advertise online?
