They may seem busy all the time because I'm sure they are Iv had to wait a few times but the doctors do there jobs it's definitely a family atmosphere and as busy as these people are me and my family sure appreciate the crap out of this office and place. Life is hard but when people go above and beyond even when they may not want to they do. Thank God for these places nationwide And our Dr we had did amazing thank you guys
The lab is great. The doctors and receptionists are hit or miss, the good ones are clearly dragged down by their colleagues. Heather Jones is incredible. Noma Kellner is awful and completely checked out. Overall I would not recommend this place. Long wait times, hard to get in, some staff have bad bedside manner and are not very cooperative or communicative.
Absolutely love the care I get from Erin Dodge and Karla.
I won't run them down because they have some doctors that are awesome but have an issue or a problem with anything, ask for help and see what happens. The nursings managers won't answer calls that are transferred to them. Apparently they have never heard of a patient advocate either. Good luck y'all. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
