The lab is great. The doctors and receptionists are hit or miss, the good ones are clearly dragged down by their colleagues. Heather Jones is incredible. Noma Kellner is awful and completely checked out. Overall I would not recommend this place. Long wait times, hard to get in, some staff have bad bedside manner and are not very cooperative or communicative.
Absolutely love the care I get from Erin Dodge and Karla.
I won't run them down because they have some doctors that are awesome but have an issue or a problem with anything, ask for help and see what happens. The nursings managers won't answer calls that are transferred to them. Apparently they have never heard of a patient advocate either. Good luck y'all. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
had a visit with my family doctor who is a very caring and very good doctor. Because I have a 4 year old autistic daughter I had to take her with me. I usually don't take her with me on my visits but I had no one to leave her with. After 2 hours of waiting, when we finally got in, of course my daughter was exhausted and tired of waiting so much.
