I currently am having issues with this place 3 times I called for reception to send a referral to LR for a helmet and still nothing. What’s upsetting is they don’t seem to have sent the referral when they were told to by the doctor. LR still has no referral. Now my child is not being treated like a patient more like a doormat bc they seem to not care at all about her health . I will be changing to a different doctor bc someone didn’t do their job. I hope they read this bc they need better workers , staff, management .
Nurses were extremely rude to me and spoke down to me over misinformation that they put out... Mocked me openly and talked about me in hallways which I heard and started to cry because I had a week of no sleep and just wanted to make sure my daughter was okay... Dr. Mccraw is a very sweet person typically but I felt extremely rushed and he made my kids feel uncomfortable when he was examining them. I was very disappointed and I won't be taking my kids here anymore :(
I've used Millard Henry since I was a kid. Dr. New was my family practice doc, which shows my age. His daughter was later one of my school teachers. Dr. Beavers was a family friend. Dr. Kelly Meyer and his wife, Sharon were friends and almost like another set of parents. With that being said, I can say without hesitation, Millard Henry is housing some of the most unprofessional, rude, and uneducated faculty that I've ever dealt with in the medical world.
