I'm so glad that I was referred to Millan's Restoration Inc. for my water leak problem. It was extremely stressful situation to deal with on my own as a landlord. The leak was in the kitchen which I thought they would have to remove my flooring and replace it. However, they were able to dry out all the water without removing any flooring, do to the advanced drying machines they have. Took them four plus months on a job they said would take only a month, charged over 8000 for storage. Their lock box broke and they couldn’t get into my apartment so they climbed through the window for weeks. They prey off the insurance companies. They didn’t know the abatement company wasn’t even hired by them. They are holding my belongings hostage until they are paid and I won’t pay until I have my apartment back

I own a commercial building which had undergone substantial water damage. I live out of state which normally would make situations like this difficult to handle. Milan’s Restoration was amazing.
