We have loved this office and their staff included. The doctor is thorough. She listens. She considers all aspects. They have been able to fit us in when needed for sick visits. They have responded promptly on the app. Today, we were coming for a visit and another mom in front of us just extremely mad / confrontational because she had waited until today for an appointment to update her child, when a form was due this week for the school. The team at Mill Valley Pediatrics is outstanding! I was a patient of Dr. Kirkby as a child & now take my daughter to her, I have nothing but positive things to say. They are communicative, kind, & make the doctor’s office feel fun with their decor/murals. I would recommend to anyone.
I have trusted MVP for my children for 4 years now and intend to stay as long as I can. I enjoy working with Dr. Gilbert through all the well and sick visits. The nurse staff love to make the kids comfortable and laugh. Thank you all for your kindness and care.
All the staff is amazing especially the front registration! Xena has been extremely helpful and kind.
We've been patients at this practice for 9 years and want to emphasize that the doctors here are exceptional. If it were possible, we'd continue bringing our kids to see Dr. Gilbert or any of the other amazing doctors on staff. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the front office staff and office manager. They consistently provide poor customer service, and it's become increasingly frustrating.
