HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE If you want no privacy and management in your business go ahead and move here. Paper thin walls, giant roaches EVERYWHERE crawling on your face at night, nosey neighbors...oh and BEDBUGS!!! Hope you aren't allergic to bedbugs because they will chew up your entire body. Best apartments in the Richmond area! I really enjoyed living at Mill Trace and can't say enough about how nice it was living there. The ladies at the office are by far the best management team that I've ever dealt with at any complex. They were always friendly and made living at Mill Trace very stress free. Great place to live!! I have lived in Mill Trace for almost two years now and it has been amazing! The apartments are beautiful and perfectly located. I love the pond with the walking path around it.The management is super friendly and helpful. I always feel like home when I walk in the office. My dogs enjoy seeing them because they always have lots of treats. Maintenance is quick to answer service calls and fix any and every problem they can. Best place I have lived!!
Tour that was a Blast I would like to give a huge thank you to Mill Trace Village for an awesome tour. The young lady was very professional displayed lots of passion for the Resident's and Company. Beautiful community, grounds well kept . This Beauty is surrounding a big lake. The young lady showed me around and didn't mind the cold . Poor Management ! Dated Apartments and unkempt community. Unless you are a favorite of the office ‘management’ staff, you will have a hard time obtaining a peaceful and stress free living environment. Too many hoops to jump through and management looks for reasons to harass tenants. You’re forbidden from burning any type of candle in your overpriced apartment. Feels like home!! Moving to Mill Trace has been like moving into a family home! Everyone there is so friendly and nice!! Me and my family are so comfortable there and the staff there are so helpful and would always go the extra mile for anyone there!! Never been somewhere and have loved being there so much!! I never want to leave the amazing view from the pond and the luxurious pool. They make it impossible to go anywhere else. Hands downs the best place to call home!!!
Miller Trace Is One of My Top 3 Choices! My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience visiting this apartment community. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Miller Trace rates in our top three picks!
