Great shipper to work with. Clear instructions, fast loading (1hour full truck). Communication was excellent from start to finish and paperwork was ready on time. We would gladly haul for them again.
Came in with 53ft dryvan to pickup 7 coils. I waited about 30min past my appointment time for someone to show up to the shipping desk. I was told they just completed a company meeting. They have a computer 🖥 that you need to check in on. I struggled a bit but the shipping guy gave assistance. I was then given good instructions on how to get to the assigned dock. Very particular on their appointment times and they would rather use set outside and Twitter.Your thumbs than actually get the job done even when they're not doing anything else
We spent 6.5 hours loading, didn’t move at all, and then loaded it in 10 minutes! For 10!!!! Very lazy and arrogant individuals. If possible, do not go to this place! Respect yourself, professional drivers!
