I would not recommend living there simply because of the Office Manager Sandy. Moving out was an Absolute nightmare. Everytime I turned around she was charging us for something else. She charged us for stuff that was at the apartment prior to us moving in. Unfortunately we could not get out money back because we did not file reports with the leasing office. REPORT EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THE APARTMENT BEFORE AND AFTER MOVING IN BECAUSE IF YOU DON"T YOU WILL BE CHARGED. and the charges will be outrageous. If your a tenent who p... read more
I really enjoy living here. I have no issues with maintenence and the new manager that took over the place this year has really turned this place around. NO problems with noise. Very nice
WORST PLACE TO LIVE AND IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY....PEOPLE ASK FOR RIDES FOOD AND ALOCHOL....THEY PLAY THEIR MUSIC UNTIL ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND NOBODY DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT.....IT TAKES A MILLION YEARS TO GET SOMETHING FIXED IF IT BREAKS AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO FIX IT TO BEGIN WITH...NOT WORTH THE STRESS OF LIVING HERE
