I really appreciate that Chris Sosa came and replaced my hot water heater without a complaint at 4am.
Too many rules with inconsistencies. You can't have a window air conditioner but you can have an air conditioner that's inside the apartment with hoses going in and out of the window. And like that. Owned and managed by a corporation and it really shows.
I was waiting on a friend and there rent a cop pulls up on me all short high and mighty. And trespassed me because I couldn’t remember my friends last name I wasn’t doing anything wrong just waiting. Hella rude and out of pocket. Then tells me I can’t call my friend cuz he doesn’t want anyone one coming to talk shit. Worst apartments I’ve ever been to.
I have lived here almost 15 years and have made this my home. The maintenance team we keep is extremely important to our happiness of living here and Chris osa has been great with fixing things properly and even fixing mistakes made by others. Very kind and professional. I've seen some great changes in the property and hope to be here many more years
