There is a lot of homeless people that break in through the back doors of the building buildings. They prop them open and they just fall asleep on the stair lobby. I have found so many of them and also by the elevator lobby if we could have a security guard come check the hallways here and then because honestly, we don’t feel safe having homeless people sleeping Around and not knowing what their intentions are. Amenities, like the hot tub are supposed to be year round but have not been working for most of the year. They only sign a 6 month lease initially. At the renewal the rent went up 30%. That was very unexpected 😲 They do great appreciation events every month for the residents! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I have been here 10 years and yes the last management rented to some bad apples but recently we have gained a manager that has some good plans for this place to clean it up and it has already started all you need to do is get rid of the main bad apple and then the little bad apples that hang around here are leaving very fast, it's nice again when we walk our dogs.
