Insufficient security and safety for the price of rent. Multiple garage break-ins and thefts. Road bike was stolen from “secure” garage with two garage doors to get past. Car was broken into and items stolen. Handling of this situation by property management subpar based on Mill and Main being a “luxury” apartment. When looking for a place to live ensure patrol/garage attendant/security is on your list of must haves.
